Keyword Rules
Automatically match bank transactions to members by scanning for known keywords in the description.
How keyword matching works
When a bank statement is uploaded, each transaction description is scanned for known keywords. If a match is found, the transaction is automatically linked to the corresponding member and their balance is updated.
Unmatched transactions are flagged for manual review. You can add new keywords any time to improve the auto-match rate.
