Expense Categories
Show or hide individual expense categories for your organisation.
Control which roles can see each enabled feature. Admin always has full access — configure Manager and Staff below.
Dashboard Widgets
Choose which widgets appear on the dashboard for each role. Admin always sees all widgets.
Expense Access
Control what each role can do in the Expenses section. Admin always has full access.
Log Access
Control log access by role. Admin always has full access (edit).
Team members and their roles. Role determines what they can see — configure role access in the Access tab.
